These pansies remind me of my dear grandma. Every Spring I would bring her a fresh bouquet. She loved pansies. It has been close to a month since she went to Heaven. I was thinking so much of her today. I found this piece in a book yesterday and it fit in perfectly with how I felt during our visits, the last few weeks of her earthly life. "There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my bread with you, and sometimes share a sorrow, too-- There isn't much that I can do, but I can sit an hour with you, and I can share a joke with you, and sometimes share reverses, too-- There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my flowers with you, and I can share my books with you and sometimes share your burdens, too-- There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my songs with you, and I can share my mirth with you, and sometimes come and laugh with you-- There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my hopes with you, and I can share my fears with you, and sometimes shed tears with you-- There isn't much that I can do, but I can share my friends with you, and I can share my life with you, and oftentimes share a prayer with you." -Author unknown, "From You Gotta Keep Dancing".

That's a very sweet poem. I hope it gives you some comfort to know that she is in Heaven.
It is a lovely poem. It's so hard to lose the people we love. My grandmother died in 1956, on January 22, and there is not a day that I don't think of her. It helps me to hold onto all of the wonderful memories of our time together. Your grandmother sounds like she was such a special person. I think you and I both have been blessed ♥
Thank you for sharing this poem...it is hard to lose those people in our life that we are, or have been very close to. I don't think we are every fully prepared, regardless of our age, or theirs. Blessings on you!
Precious poem! My grandmothers have been gone for a very long time...but I am reminded of them often. My maternal grandmother also liked pansies...and I went out and bought some just today!
Beautiful tribute and pansy photo for your grandmother! A relationship w/ a grandparent is like no other....special in its own way.
