Quietly It Came...An Unexpected Blessing

Overnight, The Master Artist was at work creating beauty that is not possible to describe. In the very early hours of this morning, totally unexpected to most of our county, this is what we woke up to. My husband looked forward to using his snow blower, and I looked forward to using my camera.

I hope that you enjoy these pictures. I know many of you in the blogging world have had an abundance of snow this winter, and you may be tired of it. For us, we are thrilled! The fresh white covering on everything, down to the tiniest branch and twig, is beauty beyond description. The sun rise added beauty to beauty, as hopefully you can see on these pictures.

The view across the street from my porch.

My snow covered lantern.

The view from our bedroom window.

The view from our screened in porch. Thank you for the privilege of sharing these pictures with you. As I am writing this, the sun is shining brightly now, creating more artistry on the snow blanketed canvas before me.

Thanks for posting these pics Aunt Judy! We didn;t get ONE FLAKE of snow in Mt. Joy so its fun to see what happened in other parts of the county. Hope your day is wonderful! Love you

That is beautiful. Looks like a lot of snow to me. I just love how it sounds when there is snow on the ground. It's so peaceful. Enjoy your snuggle time. :)

I ditto Lauren's comments. Also from Mount Joy and hearing about schools closings I thought I came out from under the wrong rock this morning. Hearing how pretty it is I so enjoyed your pictures. Thanks for sharing them. Your blog is a joy and an encouragement. Have had wonderful success copying things you've suggested. Blessings.

What beautiful pictures of your snowfall. I think you must take after your uncle with photography skills. We got a dusting of snow this morning which was exciting for us.

I'm thinking the apple cake & coffee from your last post would go well with your snowfall.

It is very pretty! We've had plenty of snow this winter...and yet every new snowfall is beautiful. So now I'm wondering where it is you live. I was thinking Texas...but snow?

Hurray! Dear Judy!
You sure did get quite a bit of
snow! Every single one of your pictures is lovely to see and I did enjoy!
Even though we have had more than our share of snow this year--it is always beautiful to see, especially after a new snowfall!
Have a great day enjoying your snow!
Blessings to you!

Hi Judy! I can't wait to get a few minutes to catch up on what all you have been doing while I've been away. I have so much to do now that I'm home I almost don't know which direction to go in first. Thank you for visiting me while I've been gone and for all of your comments. We've warmed up to a toasty 37 degrees and all of our snow is gone! I must say your pictures are beautiful, but I prefer to enjoy the snow via pictures. My friends in Massachusetts laugh at my snow pictures. One told me it didn't look like snow to her, it looked more like dandruff! Better get busy. I'll be back when I can visit longer.
Hugs,
Elizabeth
