Early Morning Dinner Prep

Early this morning I prepared these ham sandwiches, put them in the refrigerator until the dinner hour, crossing that off of my list of things to do. I thought I would share them with you, because first of all, they are delicious, secondly they are so easy and quick to prepare, and if you are like me, you are always looking for new recipes to try.

The lady who submitted this recipe is an excellent cook! Every recipe of hers that I've tried, is a keeper. I have made these sandwiches many times, although I usually use multi-grain english muffins. Today I only had the original ones on hand. I know it calls for chipped ham, but once again I only had thin sliced ham on hand.

I will serve these with cups of potato soup. Perfect dinner for the cold, wintery evening that is forcasted to tonight.

I wanted to tell you that I have used 2 of your recipes at family gatherings this past week. I tried the cinnamon struesel bundt at a brunch I hosted and I tried the dinner rolls bundt at a dinner I hosted. I have received rave reviews on both. My husband has given me so many compliments on the taste and presentation of the breads. He even said I was becoming a "martha stewart." I'd say that's a pretty big success just for using your recipes! Thanks so much for sharing them!!

Hi Judy,
It was so much fun being at your table last evening at our Bible Study Christmas dinner. I couldn't wait to check out your blog & now that I saw todays posting, I can't wait to read other ones you posted. It's such a pleasure/treasure to know you (even if my mind can be a bit "foggy" at times) :-)
Have a wonderful day!!

Ok Judy, my mouth is hanging open!!! I tried to climb into the photo but couldn't (smile).

I definitely will try these on whole wheat english muffins. I was also thinking about wheat or multi grain bagels (1/2 of one) which is what I eat and using the low fat cream cheese. Anyway, I have got to try these.

Do you make home made potato soup?

Can I come over???? (smile)

Love ya!
