This Summer's Abundant Blooms

I thought about sharing this post today, and telling you all that I was going to give you a small glimpse into my flower gardens. I thought about stating that this is just a sampling of all that is growing in each of my many flower beds...but, then I knew I could not sleep tonight knowing how far from the truth that statement would be. So, the truth will be shared with you. I received this exquisitely beautiful floral photography from my uncle. He keeps blessing me with new Picasa photo albums. I think each set of photos is better than the previous set. I want a camera like his. I just had to share it with you on this lovely August 4th morning. Today is a special day! His wife, which is also my aunt, is having a birthday. Actually, two of my dear aunts are having a birthday today. Happy Birthday to two wonderful ladies!

The colors, the textures, the detail, and the fragrance in every single one of these flowers, totally amazes me!! God truly is a Master Artist!!

And, my uncle is a master photographer!

One of my friends from church grew these huge, vibrant dahlias.

Hopefully the memory of this beauty will brighten each of your days today, like they brighten mine each time I see them. Don't you agree that they were just too pretty to file away in my computer file? Beauty was meant to be shared.

What gorgeous photos of flowers, Judy! I bet your yard looks fabulous.....and in response to your question....my door is just stained with a leaded glass insert....actually double doors with leaded glass inserts...no color other than the stain. Engineer in residence!!! :)

Gorgeous photos! I have every confidence you could have grown each and every one! God is truly a magnificent artist and your Uncle has proven yet again what a wonderful photographer he is!

Photos like these make beautiful notecards when mounted with coordinating background paper onto blank note-cards!

These beautiful images are a welcome sight as it has been raining here today for 6 hours straight!

Blessings,
Tracy

Great floral pictures stored away in a filing cabinet or computer file? Gasp and perish the thought.

I'm just checking in while on the road. I know exactly why you couldn't keep those blooms to yourself...flowers were meant to be shared.

If they didn't come from your yard, where did he go to capture all these beauties?

Thank you for sharing some of God's glory with us.
