She walked into the kitchen carrying this amazing looking dessert today after class. The experience of having a daughter studying to be a pastry chef is so much fun! This week they are learning to create "classical pastry".
Each student baked and decorated their own pastry. The choice of fruits was up to them. The beauty of this dessert was only exceeded by the taste. It was a melt in your mouth experience. Thank goodness for my exercise equipment.
