After a long and totally unexpected blogging break, I am back. It was all due to the fact that I had technical problems with my laptop. My computer savvy son-in-law could not figure out how to correct it during my stay in his home. He offered me the privilege of using his but I was not skilled enough to blog with his Apple computer. Thus, I went for a week without posting, visiting blogs and commenting.
What did I learn from this unexpected break?
I learned;
~Life does continue on without blogging.
~There was definitely more free time to help my daughter and son-in-law
~That blogging is more a part of my daily life than I realized.
~That each of you and the posts that you share, mean more to me than I ever thought they did and I really missed it all.
Now I am home and decided to share just a few of the many pictures that we took last week, of our newest granddaughter.

Pink and white colors dominated everything including this beautiful bouquet that was delivered to their door.

This little girl definitely stole all of our hearts.

What a joy to watch our daughter and son-in-law step into this new role in life.

And the many moments of mother/daughter loving communication.

What a precious little sweetheart!
I look forward to seeing my other little ones that are here at home, and that will be happening this evening.
I also look forward to visiting you blogs as I have time. My schedule is full this coming week, but I am sure I will have some catch up moments to see what is happening in your worlds.
Wishing you an enjoyable Sunday evening on this beautiful Fall day.

welcome home! I missed you. The new little girl is precious and beautiful. I know you have been having a wonderful visit. I shared a few wedding pix a few posts ago when you have time to look. Everything went well and the happy couple is indeed, "happy"!

Taking a break from blogging - for whatever reason - is a good thing. It does have a way of taking on a life (and demands) of it's own, so it's good to stop, take a deep breath, and refocus. And it looks to me like your focus was on all things precious!

What a beautiful little girl. It brought great delight to my heart to see how loved she is; and how enchanted are her mommy & daddy (and, no doubt, her grandparents).

Welcome home, friend.

She is just a little doll! No wonder you've been 'otherwise occupied'... also, sometimes it's good to take a little break. But personally, I'm really glad you're back!! :)

Perhaps the inability to blog wasn't all bad as it probably allowed more time to absorb the sweetness of this dear little baby. Oh my goodness, is she ever pretty and so very precious. Thank you for sharing this special family time with us.

Judy your new granddaughter is just precious! Your daughter and son-in-law look so happy! I am wishing them many blessing and joys as parents!

I fully understand how blogging comes far second when you are with family...I am usually computer free when I visit my son and his family. Those times are too precious not to devote to them fully.
