His kindness, care, humor, and attentiveness make it a joy to be with him. Ask anyone of his grandchildren, and you will find this to be true.

What a precious birthday tribute! I wonder if there is anything more precious to a family than the sort of man you describe? I've heard it said, and I believe it's true: "The greatest gift a man can give his children is to love their mother." Looks like he's leaving a noble legacy!
