I learned of the photography website "Picnik" from many different blog visits.  I've seen my oldest daughter create some beautiful blog posts, by using this website.  Recently, my middle daughter took the time to teach me how to use some of their free services, for my pictures.  She is a patient teacher and I am an eager learner.  The above picture I shared, was taken on Monday, near our home.  At "Picnik" I learned how to give the picture a sharper image, add a title in the choice of font that I wanted, and added a frame.

In this picture of my daughter and her daughter, I added some more features, along with a double frame and a title in a pretty font.  Not to mention, this picture alone would have been a treasure, but with the help of "Picnik's" directions and my daughter's instruction, I now found new ways to dress up the picture, and create an even greater treasure.  How do you like it?

Here is a picture I took a few years ago of a flea market pitcher filled with my garden flowers.  I boosted the colors (another concept I learned to do ), double framed it, added a title.  I am pleased with the finished product.  If you ever want to have some fun with your pictures, you might want to visit "Picnik" and see all they have to offer.

Beautiful pictures. The one of the "two girls" is precious. I've heard of picnik, too. I need to check it out. You keep this up and you"ll be be giving your Uncle some competition! :-)

I am so proud of your ever-evolving computer skills, mom!!! You've come a long way....from being unsure of how to turn the thing on, to being able to create beautifully enchanced photos. Wow!!!

Good morning Judy! Thanks for visiting me last week, I really am trying to be more regular with my posts. Hope you'll visit my Myrtle Beach Weddings & Events blog as well. So far I've been posting a bit more regularly there. I'm trying to feature some of my weddings from last year that aren't on my web site. Looks like we're going to be rivals on Sunday :)....we're big Packer's fans, but if we don't win it's not all bad since most of our friends are Steelers fans. Have a great weekend!
Hugs,
Elizabeth

Beautiful shots! I love tweaking pictures and Piknik is such fun. I especially like turning a picture of a face into a drawing.

You did a great job on these photos but I dare say you have just doubled your "online" time as Picnik is quite addicting.

I'm always planning to spend some time on Picnik playing with pic's. Now you are inspiring me.
