One loaf of homemade zucchini bread, one small heart cookie cutter, some cinnamon imperial candies, and a bit of 10x sugar to dress it up.  On slice of bread creates two cut hearts.

A  simple, inexpensive, and pretty way to say,  "I care" to a friend, a co-worker, or anyone who needs a reminder that they are special, in the coming days leading up to Valentine's Day.

One cut heart and one tea bag with heart, on an old, tiny, silver coaster.  Wouldn't you like finding this sitting on your desk on Valentine's Day?  Or, maybe hanging in a small gift bag at your back door?

Three tea bags with heart decorated tags, in a small cellophane bag and tied with raffia for your "tea loving" friend.

Cut out hearts on a white paper plate with lace doily.  Another fun gift.

All you need to add is a little homemade card to express your sentiments.  I think that is the most important part of this gift.

The next best part is the leftover pieces remaining after all the hearts are cut.  These will go in a bag in my freezer for when we want a little something with our coffee or tea.
Some simple creations from my kitchen today.  Most important of all though...it is the thought that counts...always.

Judy I really think you could have your own magazine :-) Those little hearts are so cute. Goes to show it doesn't require a big effort to have a big impact on an others heart!

Ok, I'm definitely going to keep this in mind, along with 50 or so of your other charming suggestions. Have you thought of putting all these little ideas into some sort of collection and becoming a famous author? Between you and Jeane',(she could add a few of her daily experiences as a mom of 5 under 5) y'all are sittin' on a gold mine!!!
Hugs, Deb

Leave it to you to make a tea bag look pretty. Your creative ideas never cease to amaze me, Judy. I have made quick breads many, many times, but would have never thought to cut it into heart shapes. What a great idea. I learn so much from you and do agree with all the others who think you could write a book.
Have a wonderful weekend.
