Good Morning to you my blogging friends! It has been a long time since I have sat down to this computer, since I posted and since I visited your blogs. Then today, when I tried to post, my computer was not working correctly which prevented me from posting when I wanted to. The past week was memorable, but I can also say, it was the busiest weekend of my life. Our daughter and new son-in-law are now on their way back to the university town, they will call home for the new few years. Me...I have learned some things that I want to share with you;
~Life is so much better when others step up to the plate to help you, and it is okay to accept help...always.
~Friends and family are WONDERFUL!
~When you think you are too tired, you can take the next step.
~When little precious children are involved in an event as a wedding, it adds another dimension to everything.
~"Flexibility" is a key ingredient when working with people, and schedules at a event such as a wedding.
~A wedding coordinator that is efficient, dependable, caring sure does make it all easier.
Here is our beautiful coodinator who just happens to be our good friend too, working with the little ones at the rehearsal. Calmly, quietly, and diligently she worked with them, and they performed for her.
Hesitantly, they head up the aisle at the Friday evening rehearsl.
The future bride and her little sidekick and neice, the evening before. The white snowflake sweater was the perfect wardrobe piece for her to wear, since her wedding had a "winter wonderland" theme. The other aspect that added to this wedding was the snow we had Friday evening and Saturday evening. A softly falling snow which covered everything. Thank you God.
After the delicious and elegantly served rehearsal dinner, the girls in the bridal party, minus the bride's two sisters, posed together. I will be sharing more pictures of the wedding weekend tomorrow.
Thank you for stopping by. I miss you all.

It is such a busy time to have a wedding around Christmas. Our eldest got married the week before Christmas and so I understand what you are saying.
I look forward to see the rest of the pictures you will share. I found it most wonderful to debrief with friends after the wedding. I did not blog back then ..and I can see how special it would be to document it all on your blog.
I love this...beautiful photos and special memories being made!
Exciting time!
