His new favorite snack, or sometimes lunch...a banana(or apple slices), dip consisting of equal parts of caramel sundae syrup and peanut butter whipped together, and some chopped peanuts.  Put banana in dip and then in peanuts...so delicious.  We never tires of this healthy, satisfying snack.

And neither do we tire of the breathtaking sunsets that have been gracing our skies quite often lately.  Last evening was no exception.   A peaceful scene.  More snow is on the way tonight.

Sometimes I think it should be...
"a banana a day keeps the doctor away"...all that good potassium!

Yummy. :) Judy I always wonder what state you are in. Have I asked you that before? You have such beautiful sights outside your window.

Stacey, I live in PA. This barn picture was taken last evening, on a road close to our home, but not out of a window of our home.

Oh yum! Anything with carmel has my vote.

While you're getting record snows, we're getting record rains. They're not quite a pretty to capture in photo-form.

I feel like we're hibernating, but WE'RE eating while the bears merely sleep. I'm just VERY grateful for stretchy waisted sweat pants :)

Stay warm!

That sounds like a very tasty snack. What a great idea to mix peanut butter with caramel syrup. I'll have to try that one.
I just love your photo of the sunset over the barn. It is so pretty with the pink sky. Very peaceful.
Stay warm :).

That looks yummy...and I am wondering if you have some very old jelly jars there...I have some from my Minnesota grandmother, Kerr I think, that used the metal tops.
