Fresh Beginning!

This is a new venture for me and we'll see how it goes!

I found a very clever idea in a magazine recently (I love reading magazines and books and getting ideas from them!) and wanted to share it with you!

If you're like me, your craft area can get cluttered easily and the begininning and end of a roll of ribbon can be hard to find. This little idea I discovered will help take care of that (and it looks cute too!)

You just want to look for a regular papertowel holder, stack your favorite rolls of ribbon upon it and wa la! You have a charming little ribbon organizer!

Stay tuned for more ideas for your home and kitchen(if I get this whole blog world figured out!).

i got your sweet card yesterday! such a fun suprise to get mail apart from the bills/advertisments! thanks so so much. =) your words of experience brought a burst of faith to my heart. we are still not sure of the timing of things...could be very soon, or it could be in 4-5 months. regardless, i'm sure you'll be informed either by karen or by my blog. THANKS in advance for your prayers.
(love it that you have a blog! you'll have to get karen to join the blog world....she loves them so much but doesn't have one of her own.)

Wow! Encouraging crafty lady meets internet! What a great combination! I was just wondering what to do with the spools of ribbon wandering around in my gift wrap drawer! Thanks for the idea! This will be a favorite site for me! love, Dale V

Oh My...such a long-awaited post from the Queen of all things crafty!! I, personally, prefer to handroll my own dough and stir my own cooked custard, but for those who are, shall we say, a bit less ummmm....skilled, store bought cream puffs are just fine. :) Hurry up and write another one!!
