A "Taste of Homemade" Treat

This plate of "Cinnamon Streusel Bundt" is what I baked for a friend of our families, for his birthday on Saturday. It is a very simple, quite delicious, and fun-to-give-while-it-is-still warm, type gift. I have been baking this treat for many years, and I would love to share the recipe with you. You will then see for yourself, just how VERY simple it is.All that you need to create this recipe is, a (non-stick cooking spray)sprayed bundt pan, 1 package frozen Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls(which I find at Walmart, in the freezer section, but I have also found them at other grocery stores), 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs, and the two cream cheese frosting packets that are included in the roll package. A bit of advice...make sure you do not purchase the frozen Rhodes" Anytime" Cinnamon Rolls for this recipe.

First, you arrange the frozen cinnamon rolls on their sides in a sprayed bundt pan. At this point, I added 1/2 cup of raisins to the pan, because our friend likes everything raisin. You could add chopped walnuts, if you chose, although the recipe does not call for either one. Whatever your preference. Next, you combine the brown sugar and the graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle over the rolls. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let set on your kitchen counter overnight. Refrigerate cream cheese packets overnight. How simple!
Here is what the pan of rolls looks like in the morning, after sitting overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 25 minutes, or until rolls are lightly browned and slightly firm to touch. Remove from oven and immediately invert on serving platter. Microwave cream cheese frosting packets for 10 seconds. Snip off corner and drizzle on bundt. This is one of those recipes that can make you look like you are a better baker, than you really are. I have received many compliments on this one, especially when given while still warm.
