Take cookies and put in clear plastic bag~put into an ordinary brown paper bag and fold over the top~tie ribbon around the bag~glue a decorative sticky note onto the front of the ribbon and you have a gift ready to give. If I would have a had small size faux sunflower, I would have tied that in with the bow.
A package of Anna Griffin decorative sticky notes(90 little notes in the pack) found on the clearance rack at Michaels a few weeks ago for a little over 1.00. I will use these many times to dress up whatever.
Another plain brown paper bag folded over at the top~punch in two holes and add coordinating ribbon, and tie some faux leaves tie onto the bow~glue sticky note on front of the bag.
Ready to give to whomever.

Found this saying in a hospitality book that I read, typed it up and printed copies of it. I cut out the copies and glue on matching paper, punch a hole in the top and tie it onto plates of baked goods.
Beautiful plate on the clearance shelf at Marshalls. Filled with cookies, covered with plastic wrap, tied with a bow and a faux leaf, and the created card with saying. Added a sticky note to card, identifying the cookies.
To make cards quickly, I glue one of these tags onto a plain white index card and cut to suit my needs(the size depends on how much I want to write on each card).
Take an ordinary empty Folger's coffee cannister, remove tag, fill with cookies, add lid, tie coordinating bow around the cannister. Make card, punch hole in the top, add to ribbon.
Another dressed up cookie gift. Simple, easy, inexpensive and fun to give.

This is so precious. I love it. And even more I love what's in the bag.
Cookies.
:)
I especially loved the folgers can with the bright checked bow! I have an empty red one and also a green one. Hmmm. What can I do with them?? Thanks for your great ideas!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas, Judy. What I like about them is that they are simple yet beautiful. I'm afraid I'm not too creative when I give away cookies. They usually end up on a paper plate with some plastic wrap covering them. That is about to change, however, after seeing these great ideas.
Enjoy your Tuesday.
I love it .. so pretty and so much nicer than a zip loc bag. .
I just love your ideas! Inexpensive and beautiful ideas that anyone would love to receive.
Wow! Love all these ideas...especially the plate and the Folgers container. Looks great! = ) Thanks Judy!
Great ideas once again...each and every one! I am copying out the words to accompany the cookie plate...like that.
Splendid! What a wonderful way to beautify your sweet gifts.
I love using bags that way, but I never thought about wrapping the ribbon around from top to bottom. I usually punch holes in the folded top and weave ribbon or stems of silk flowers.
Thank you so much for sharing. It's a great idea to store away with Christmas coming soon.
Oh Judy these ideas are just fabulous! I love all of them and especially the little friendship card. Cookies are such a wonderful gift to give too. Thank you so much ♥
I love to bake cookies and loaves of bread and give them as gifts - and now you have given me wonderful ideas on how to beautifully package them! Wow! I know I always say this - but you should write a book or have your own show! When you get famous, don't forget about me! :-)
Hugs,
Shelley
LOVE it! I love to use brown paper & pretty ribbon for wrapping anything -- but I never think about using brown bags. That looks awesome!
Reading this post makes me very excited for fall and the holidays and lots of baking!!
What wonderful and creative ideas!! I love giving cookies and especially during the holidays. I will have to try this. Thanks!!
Barb :-)
Love the Folger's can, that is my favorite! I wish you lived next door to me! :D

GREAT ideas...I especially like the one with the plate that keeps passing on! Thanks for a nudge to bless someone today!
Wonderful ideas! I always give away cookie trays at Christmas and therefore I'm always on the lookout for inexpensive ways to package them. The Folgers can would be perfect! I think I will be switching coffee brands.:-)
Oh how cute!!
I love it!! I will be looking for that book. I didn't know she had one. Thanks for sharing
