With deep gratitude, I thank all those who served and continue to serve our country.  This is
your day.

I thought I would share a few highlights from a baby shower I attended yesterday, just in case you
are like me and enjoy seeing highlights.  The shower was held in my brother and sister-in-law's
home and it was for their son and his wife.

The creatively done favors, baked and completed by my talented niece.  Individual pumpkin
cinnamon rolls.  The retro looking tags were adorable!

They were lined on a tray at the front door, along with...

...this framed poem.

Did you ever see small plastic cups look so good?  They were filled with vanilla yogurt, fruit, and homemade granola.

A clever way to serve applesauce, would you agree?  The tiny, colored plastic spoons were
purchased at Walmart.

All this for a pretty mother-to-be.   It was a lovely, fun party!

Thanks for stopping by.
