Summer evenings...we see signs everywhere that you will soon be leaving us.
It saddens us to see you go, but this summer, in our part of the country, you sure
put on a fine show.  Tonight was no exception.

The corn  rapidly being cut and put away for the winter.

l
The sight of a new foal and it's mother added to the evening's grandeur.

Farmers working the fields until late hours, deadlines are being met.

The cows are still grazing in the fields, even while the sun is beginning to set.

The old red barn created a great place to capture the evening's brilliant sunset.

Another day about to close.  Another season coming to an end.  Signs of fall are everywhere
creating a special excitement in the air...pumpkins in the fields, leaves starting to change colors, corn being brought in from the fields and county fair season about to begin.

Driving through the country on this beautiful summer evening, was a special way to end my day.

Thank you for stopping by!  Always so good to have you here.  Do you look forward to the fall time of the year?  What season would be your favorite?

Very pretty Judy!
I generally love summer, but this year we in So Cal have had a hot and humid few months...(some are saying you don't know humid) 89% humidity is crazy. We love the hot but we are not used to the humid with it.
So let me say, more than ever I await fall, long pants and some comfy sweaters!!

Hugs!!

Hi Judy, I love all the seasons and embrace fall and spring a bit more than winter. I love the colors, smells and activities that keep us inside more.
Hugs, Noreen
