Simple touches that bless me this Valentine's Day weekend.
A page on the strawberry...nature's valentine by Susan Branch, a gifted artist. Strawberries and hearts...perfect combination.
The festive and colorful Valentine's Day cover of the latest "Southern Living" Magazine. It looks so good displayed on my family room table.

The little "Dora" valentine card, handed to me so proudly by my grandson. He said, "he made it for me." I smile every time I see it.

A beautifully created Dayspring card that I received in the mail. Some cards seem to be made just for me, and this is one of them with the tiny red heart tags and white cups and saucers.

A card purchased on Etsy, designed and created by a gifted lady at cherry'sjubilee.blogspot.com . This was a meaningful gift to me because I appreciate her artistic talents.

Watching this little one and her aunt so seriously and lovingly creating some big cards to give to those she loves. At 2 1/2 years of age, it is her first introduction to Valentine's Day.

The adorable cupcake and heart mug that my daughter received from someone special in her life. Filled with hot chocolate and a dab of light Cool Whip, it just called for me to take a picture.

My favorite pink and white heart marshmellows served in cups of hot chocolate, during the huge winter snowstorm. This along with my new February issue of the" Romantic Homes" magazine...perfect way to pass an hour during a blizzard.
These are a few of the blessings I treasure during this Valentine's Day weekend. I wish you some simple joys for you to treasure this February 14th.

You are so creative. BB recipe looks good, too. Great endorsement from your family! (My boys love BB.)

What beautiful inspiration for Valentine's Day. They are all lovely photos, but I think my favorite just might be the card your grandson made and gave to you so proudly. How sweet!!!

Have a wonderful weekend.

It's the reason we love to browse through magazines, to see the photos that capture the 'heart' of the day.

Good afternoon Judy, I love all of things you have shown. Everything is beautiful! I especially love those little teabag tags. I just wrote a post about tags today. I love these so much. I can't wait until next Valentine's Day to make some of these hearts. Soo pretty. Thanks for sharing.
