I was so blessed by each and every comment that I received on my giveaway post. Actually, I was overwhelmed with your kindness and your encouragement. I really wish that I could mail a box of these pretty little vases to each one of you who so graciously commented on this, my 5oo something post.
This afternoon my husband drew a name out of the bowl where I had entered the names of everyone who shared a comment with me. The winner was "lovebeinganonny.blogspot.com/". I want to congratulate this lady whose blog so often adds joy and smiles to my day. She is a "young" grandma with grown children, in laws and two adorable little granddaughters. I am sure you would enjoy visiting her inspiring and beautiful blog.

I thought I would share my coffee tray with you on this cold, overcast and rainy Sunday afternoon. For some reason, it's simple beauty causes me to smile whenever I use it.
In closing I want to share a quote I found that also lifted my heart in a big way today..."The secret of the mystery is; God is always greater. No matter how great we think Him to be, His love is always greater." ~Brennan Manning
This truth warmed my heart on this cold winter day.

I wish it were Love Being A Nonny like my title, but when I started the blog I didn't know what the heck I was doing and I gave it a different name.:)
Well dear Judy, Congratulations to your winner. I guess you are where a lot of us are at this time. Some many wonderful things have happened we can hardly believe it. I love your blog. I have a long list too and I make it a rule to comment on all those who visit me each day. Later in the day I go to my list and see who has just posted and who I have not visited for awhile. Now I had not seen your first blog, so the idea for the ribbon holder just took shape with my stash and now one holds my ribbons. So see just putter down and there is always someone out there who is looking for just what you put there. Blessings

Congratulations to 'Love being a nonny'!!
Thanks for the reminder of that wonderful truth...yes God is greater than anything we may experience and He is always in control. Very pretty coffee tray too!
Hi Judy! I've been out of town and wanted to come by and say hi. ;)
Looks like you had a wonderful give away. Lucky girl! You know, I sure do love the little cups and things that I won from you. :)
Question for you...I was thinking this morning about my son's church group. He has been with the same Wednesday night group of guys for 6 years. They will all graduate this year. There's about 8 of them. Do you have any good ideas for graduation gifts for guys? It will need to not be expensive but maybe personalized. You are so good at this so you are my go to person.
Have a great week!
It warmed my heart as well!
It never ceases to amaze me how lavish and limitless is God's love. His demonstrations are rarely obscure.
Blessings,
Kathleen

What a beautiful vase the person won!!! Loved your coffee tray and I enjoyed the quote at the end...so true!!!
On a sidenote Judy, a while back you did a post where you had a small purse that you filled with things as a gift. Well, at Christmas I found a beautiful purple bag at the Dollar Tree and filled it with Gift Cards etc. and had beautiful tissue paper coming out and the person I gave it to just about fell out over the gift. She loved the bag idea. I was quick to tell her that my online friend Judy gave us that idea.
So thanks for passing on tips to bless us so that we can in turn bless someone else. I love ya!
Congratulations to the winner 'Love Being a Nonny'! What a lovely tea try you have Judy. I can see why you like it so much.
