Two Versions Of "Morning Glories"

I have a few minutes of quiet this afternoon, and I thought I would share these beautiful "Morning Glories" that one of my good friends grew in her back yard. Her green thumb never ceases to amaze me.

Oh, I would be so proud if I grew these. I would probably post a sign out front of my house advertising my accomplishment, and charge admission for privilege of viewing them. Seriously...since I do not have a green thumb, below I am revealing my version of "Morning Glories"...

...how sweet it is!! A mug of hot coffee and a rose from one of my few bushes, always brings me morning glory. We are having a special time together with the family. Looking forward to visiting all of your blogs in the next few days.

What a nice into to one's morning. There is just something special about morning glories. I had some one time and could not control them, so pulled them up. Now they are growing somewhere else in my yard. They are hardy little devils.

Hi Judy,
You are missed out here in blogland, but I'm happy to hear you are having a great week and finding an occasional quiet moment to have a cup of coffee.

Your friend certainly does have a green thumb and her morning glories are, well... glorious. I would be very happy to look at them in my yard. I would also be very happy with your morning glories. A fresh cup of coffee and a freshly picked rose is a great way to begin the morning.

Hi Judy! Let me tell you a secret...you don't have to have a green thumb to grow Morning Glories. Get a package and sprinkle them in the dirt. You will get the vines for years because they reseed. It's the easiest thing in my yard. Really. :)

Wishing you many blessings as you spend time with family.
