Strawberries are just coming into their best here in the UK. The ones we have on offer throughout the winter just don't taste as they should. I have just discovered a great way of cutting up strawberries using an egg slicer. I'm sure you may have seen this before but I hadn't and just bought my self two slicers whilst at IKEA at the weekend, one for home and one for our cottage.
