One Year Later

Her "Hello Kitty" birthday cake that was Blueberry Muffin Mix, baked in my small bundt pan. The center is filled with three marshmellow "Hello Kittys" on sticks that I purchased in the small candy section of JoAnn's Fabrics a few months ago. I cut the sticks down and stuck them in the hollow center. I put the candy necklace around them to keep them upright. I drizzled white buttercream icing on the cake and added a few pastel flower sprinkles, and the one candle. She could hardly wait till we were finished singing "Happy Birthday" to her, to reach in and grab. I guess that is what is fun about birthdays.

Her new birthday necklace, little pink shoes, with cake and ice cream on her shirt, and crumbs under her high chair...she is just as happy as can be. What joy she continues to add to all of our lives with her ever ready smile, her endless energy and her determination to keep up with her older brother and sister. Happy Birthday little sweetheart!!
